Anyone who has ever tried to make sourdough bread can understand my pride. It took seven days of feeding this baby (twice a day!) for me too see bubbles and rise, but it was worth it! Homemade bread is awesome.
Amanda- your napkins are getting so much use as jar covers. Thanks so much for them! They make all the jars sitting out on the counter fermenting look pretty!
